Temporary Events - Time as control at a temporary event.

This 'Shawarma' was time stamped when it was removed from temperature control. After 4 hours, any of this product left will need to be discarded. This is an agreement that is made prior to the event. It is also now required that you put when the 4 hours is up. The tape should read 11:30 - 3:30, not just 11:30.
