*Raw or roasted garlic remaining in oil - a TCS (41F and 7-day shelf life)
*Garlic oil - If garlic removed/strained, oil clear, no particles, no longer a TCS food.
* Dried/powdered garlic in oil - a TCS food
* Reconstituted dried garlic granules (as shown below) in water or oil - a TCS food
